REPRESENTATIVE VIC KOHRING, Chair, called the House
Transportation Standing Committee to order at 2:02 p.m.
PRESENT
Committee members present were Representatives Masek, Ogan,
Scalzi, Wilson, Kapsner, and Kookesh.
SUMMARY OF INFORMATION
KURT PARKAN, Deputy Commission, Department of Transportation,
provided an introductory statement.
BRIAN ROGERS, Information Insights, Inc., presented a slide
presentation entitled, "Benefit-Cost Analysis of GARVEE bond
Construction Projects," which is included in the committee
packet.
JOHN URBINA and CARLA PEREZ, George K. Baum & Company, discussed
the brochure it prepared on behalf of the Department of
Transportation & Public Facilities.
